With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry I have seen a lot of changes. I started in real estate in the late 1980's as a private investor, buying and selling residential and commercial properties. I focused primarily on foreclosure and distressed situations and found out I could help people keep their home and save their credit. I found out that a lot of real estate agents did not have this knowledge and experience in this field or they did not want to put the extra amount of work it takes to handle these situations. I decided to take my love for real estate and helping home owners and make it my full time job. Today, as a real estate professional, I specialize in solving problem real estate and financial situations along with your normal transactions.
